First Day of Advent 2013

“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” (Micah 5:2 NIV)

 Shout it from the RooftopGod planned for His Son’s birth from the beginning of time. He chose a small, insignificant town called Bethlehem for the birthplace. Not the place we’d choose or expect. If we’d plan the birth of the King of kings, we’d pick the capital city. But not the Father, He, more often than not, chooses the small, insignificant places, things, and people of this world to accomplish His most magnificent plans.  Read More and Listen to the Hymn
